I bought this pillow in June for $14.95 and it's just great in my van. I came back to buy one for a second vehicle and it was out of stock. When it was back in stock in August the price had jumped to $26.95. If the price drops to a more reasonable price I'll buy a second one, but for now I'll just move it if I need it. I did try this on my office chair and didn't like it all. I ended up making a closed-cell foam cushion for my chair out of 1" thick closed-cell foam that was exactly the same size of my chair seat, and cut out the U-shape in the back that all of these pillows have. It provides a very supportive seat that doesn't compress like memory foam and the inflammation has healed. Right now I am using gaffer tape (like duct tape but removable w/o making a mess) to attach it to my chair seat so it doesn't move around. I ordered the foam from kayakoutfitting.com - there were no pillows offered on Amazon that covered my whole chair seat, didn't slip around, and that were firm enough for what I was looking for.
