Absolutely amazing supplement for me as someone medicated for ADHD, just follow the instructions!
While I already took a multi-vitamin that gives me 200% of my supposed daily value of B12, a couple of years ago I was diagnosed with and started taking medication for ADHD (vyvanse and later adderall). While it helped my focus dramatically, even on days where I wasn't doing very little for physically taxing activities I started having issues with fatigue and if I was at home and had the choice, would almost always take the opportunity to just lay in my bed and rest for an hour or two. I consulted with my doctor and was recommended trying out Vitamin B12 as a supplement for my low energy. Apparently, Vitamin B12 deficiency can be a somewhat common issue for those with ADHD. I tried these drops and it's been an absolutely huge boon for having enough energy to just keep going throughout my day like I used to without feeling the near need to just rest and waste time feeling like a slug for a while each day. The only other comment I have about the product is that I cannot emphasize how important it is to read and follow the instructions! They tell you to take a full dropper (or much easier, just two half-droppers) and then use the dropper to squirt the drops under your tongue and hold the liquid there as best you can for 20 seconds before swallowing. This is important and has a very deliberate purpose in that it helps your body ingest it and get as much benefit from the supplement as possible. Without doing this, you will not get nearly as much benefit from the drug. On days when I've just spaced complete and swallowed the drops nearly instantly, I've gotten very little tangible benefit from the product and felt a lot more down energy-wise like I used to. It's like night and day between that, and just following the instructions and taking the supplement properly, and it's so worth just taking the extra 20 seconds to hold it down there. It's not like it tastes horrible and is an arduous struggle to do so or anything; if you're spending the money on this and actually want to get a benefit and improve your life, you owe it to yourself to take this B12 properly.
