Better quality and results than my previous, more expensive flat iron. Works great and doesn't leave my super fine hair a fried mess! Very easy to use; glides very smoothly over hair leaving it straight in the first pass. No issues with snagging and no burnt fingers with the glove that is included. Pretty red satin travel/storage bag with a drawstring closure has been useful already. Exactly as listed EXCEPT it does NOT contain any free sample as listed and noted on the item packaging, but would still purchase again... the listing is just misleading. It is only a missing free sample after all. Thought about deducting one star for misleading title and lack of creativity in design (think:pretty colored babyliss irons...)) but let's be realistic- It fulfills its purpose very well with no complaint without feeling flimsy at a price that can't be easily beat for the quality you receive.
