Here's what I do (recommend). Put 'em in a fridge for about 1hr. or less, before use. "Instructions" side up! Wash your face thoroughly. Apply 'em accordingly. Keep 'em on for 20-30 min. tops (NOT LONGER!) OMG - that cooling, soothing sensation works miracles! Puffiness - gone. Dark circles - bye-bye! As for wrinkles and fine lines.... Well, they're still there! Sadly, there's no cure for getting' old, I guess!
