(Update posted at the end) I bought two of these. One in a Twin size and One in a full size. The twin was absolutely perfect. came in a box and Inflated perfectly. The Full came a day late and didn’t come in a box. It was wrapped but was filthy. After unwrapping we saw a stain and it didn’t inflate all the way like my sons twin did. I emailed LinenSpa about it and Im waiting to hear if they will do anything about it. UPDATE: Linenspa’s customer service is exceptional! They replied to me the same day and saw the pictures. They apologized and sent a replacement that came in a box and it arrived a week later. The replacement was perfect. Very satisfied with the product and my kids love them. If your hesitant to buy because of any damages, fear not, they are really good at customer satisfaction.
