This is almost as good as the concept 2 I use in rehab
I found this to be a good unit. Assembly was not bad with a little patience and common sense. The machine I use at rehab I set on 9 resistance I set this one at 3 so far. I have only had it a couple of weeks so I will up date this in a few months.
As others have stated it is very low to the ground. I fixed this issue by cutting 2 x 6 boards the length of the feet and stacking them. (Screw each board to the one below it). It is still very stable and doesn't rock or move when in use.
