The unit worked well right away. There are plenty of bags and a roll to make custom sized bags. Seals well and takes just a few seconds. The dry and wet options are very helpful too :-) Thank you for a really nice product. There is an offer in the box for a free julienner peeler and a $10 Amazon coupon if you text the company, but the redemption system doesen't seem to be working. Hopefully soon :-)
