Rachel Hollis has helped my wife and so many women who have felt stuck. Now that we are almost empty nesters Rachel has given freedom to explore your dreams . This book would have been helpful at 18 as well as 50! All my girls are being gifted a copy in hopes that they will dispel their limiting beliefs , other people’s opinions and live the Dream in their heart .... without apology! Great read! Recommended for men and women !
