Initially when I received the product ordered the cups wings were not measured correctly therefore rendering it incompatible to the Nutribullet and only useful as a cup. I immediately notified the seller of the issue and requested a replacement. They sent the replacement order THE VERY NEXT DAY. TALK ABOUT FAST. They sent easy directions about how to send back the defective item and then shortly after emailed me when they received the defective item back. The whole process THANKFULLY WAS SEAMLESS. Now the replacement order I ordered works GREAT and as expected for purchase. THANK GOODNESS. I GREATLY APPRECIATE HOW EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED AND THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET THE PRODUCT I WANTED THAT WORKS WITHOUT ISSUE. 😃
