Been looking for an ice pack that doesn’t stop being cold after 5 minutes but is also flexible for my shin splints. I used it without the sleeve. This pack stays freezing cold 20 min minimum. At the 20 min mark, I flip it over and still get 5-10 minutes extra. The pain I felt in the beginning before icing is damn near cut by 85% afterwards. And no burn. The first pic was just one leg. Second was both legs. As you can see, versatile. Only con is that I wish it came with an extra isolated strap instead of one to secure to the leg. Sleeve comes with 2 but they’re attached. Still works.
