Okay, so it was my first time attempting to do smudging in my room since I felt that overall atmosphere was quite heavy. I went with the spray because the smoke would set off the fire alarm. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this product. As soon as I spray it my entire room feels really cool and instantly comfortable. I use it at night before bed, because the cooling effect and the smell helps me sleep better, and my room also feels overall more comfortable. Definitely going to purchase it after my current bottle is all used up. Thank you for this product.
