I thought my Keurig was broken.
So, I thought my Keurig was broken. It was in my car to take back for a refund. I went to Amazon to my orders and looked up this product again. Then I went Product Support and I went to the PDF file. There is an excellent explanation about cleaning the exit needle and the entrance needle. Just by using a paper clip I cleaned out the two areas. They were full of coffee grinds. It’s very easy. The water was not able to come out of the exit needle that’s why it was causing the problem. Now my Keurig is working like it did in the beginning. I hope this helps someone.
