I bought my normal, to a size smaller than normal, and it was still loose without being too large. I bought a large and when it comes to Under Armor or Nike workout shirts I find larges snug and usually size up. I do not like body hugging clothes. This fit my shoulders well and was fitted, but still loose in the belly/hip section. The fabric is nice and soft, smooth feeling and very light weight. I honestly have worn these shirts (I bought 3 colors in the vneck and one tank) to work because they are so comfortable. These are also the perfect shirt if you are making your own customized shirts for a team, a run, or just a weekend with friends or family reuinions. I have already convinced some friends to purchase a shirt or two, and even they are coming back for more. They are definitely worth the money. Just keep in mind to order your normal size or even a size smaller. I might be able to pull off a medium, but I am afraid it might actually "hug" my body. I run half marathons and full marathons, so I bought the navy to match the running skirt I am wearing at the Marine Corp Marathon in October. I bought the red tank for training in the heat we are having. Tanks also fits great, but is a little large in the chest area, which I am used to.
