Tastes very strong and nutty. Perfect for coffee or black tea lovers. Help my puffy fingers, helps pos weight gain, helps you poop--sorry tmi--contains tons of minerals (so I've read online) and it's one of my FAV herbs of all time. In my top five fav teas. This company is also very trustworthy. I love traditional medicinals.
