This is the ONLY cream to ever have worked on my 9 year old daughter for her horribly painful eczema. She has had severe eczema since she was a baby and we've been through every treatment known to man with no results, just pain and more flare ups. This has no fragrance and most important, NO ALCOHOL!!! It doesn't burn! It stops the itching! It is AMAZING! Plus, the people that own the company are so super nice! I cannot say this enough, if you or someone you love struggles with eczema, stop wasting money on other lotions/creams/steroids, try this! You will be amazed! My daughter is completely clear for the first time in her life bc of this cream. Her legs used to look like a burn victim's (see pic), and now she's clear. The first night we used it, she was having a minor flare up, the next morning, you could barely see where she had been broken out the night before (see pics). To see improvement in less than 24 hours is a miracle for us! This will be the only thing we will ever use from now on!
