This thing is amazing! I ordered it because I had black tarter buildup on my teeth. Nit being able to see dentist because of covid I decided to give it a chance. After brushing I started chipping away angling upward trying to get underneath the black rock like growth of my own negligence. It came flying off on the highest setting. I'm so happy with this product. My teeth are no longer coated with the dark deposit substance. The hook tool really helped get all the tarter under the gumline. It takes a bit to get the angle and technique down. You don't just vibrate the tip on top of the buildup. Its a chip and scrape operation. But please be careful. I will be keeping this in my oral care routine.
