I'd been hearing about "nitro" cold brew coffee and hadn't passed a coffee shop that makes it. I found an article that explained how to make it using a whipped cream dispenser. Well, I bought this and it works great. Nitro brew coffee comes out looking like Guinness beer. Its fun to drink. However, nitro iced coffee is not as good as whipped cream. Thats the real reason you should own this thing. It took me a few tries to figure out that you 1. chill the device and whatever you want to whip 2. fill it 1/3 of the way up or so, close it up tightly 3. charge it with the NO2 pellet 4. SHAKE IT 3-6 times, squirt a little out, and if its still liquidy, shake 2-3 more times. 5. best whipped cream ever. (this is explained in the directions, but I didn't get that the shake step was what actually whipped the cream) First time i got it right was heavy cream with a little agave syrup. Amazing. The best part is you can whip cream without sweetener! store bought whipped cream is like solid sugar. Gross. This way you can make your own. I'm going to try mixing creamy peanut butter with heavy cream, or chocolate powder... If you like whipped cream buy this thing now. I'm sure it will be in my fridge for a long time. Also, it keeps for a while, so if you want whipped cream on demand, I've had it for breakfast for the past couple days. I put a little piece of plastic wrap over the tip so it doesn't dry out.
