Last year we made a 1400 mile trip, and both my wife and I (both in our 60's) had leg pain from sitting in a Mazda 3 for 22 hours. My sciatic pain lasted several days after arriving and again after arriving home. Last month we drove the same trip with the same car, but this time we each used this cushion. My wife experienced no pain. I had a little bit of pain at one point, but nothing that lasted after we got out of the car. We attributed the difference to the cushion. Not only did it help prevent pain, but it made the trip more comfortable. We were very glad we made the purchase.
