Contrary to some other reviews I've seen this stuff does actually work, on mice at least. I put some of this bait in my basement after suspecting I had mice. At the same time I also set a live trap and managed to capture a test subject. I wanted to to make sure I wasn't wasting my money on this product after reading some of the critical reviews. I gave my little test subject some water to make sure he wouldn't die of thirst and then fed him a steady diet of this poison. I was a little worried it wouldn't kill him at first because a few hours after eating the poison he seemed fine. A little later on though he didn't look so well and I suspected the end was near. When I checked on him in the morning he was dead. Sorry little mouse, but you died for science!
