My daughter needed a cold brew maker, so after lots of searching and reading reviews, we decided on this one. It came to us broken, but this awesome company responded immediately after reaching out. Then, the replacement was misaddressed, and this company sent yet another maker. The customer service is impeccable and I’d definitely by from them again and again. The cold brew maker recommended cold brew (larger/coarse) ground, which we don’t have, but we just strained the finished product through a coffee filter to catch the few grounds that got through. Excellent taste, easy to use and clean.
