Great cheese product for ketogenic diets. This is the only cheddar cheese powder on the market that is pure cheddar cheese with no starchy carbohydrate fillers. I like to use it on pork rinds to get a keto cheetos type snack which I call Keetos. A little bit of the powder goes a long way.
