I have installed Zillow on every device I own. I love this app. It gives a map view that is intuitive. Miulti-touch for zooming in and out. Filters help narrow the results. Some complain about the data. However, if a house hasn't sold in many years, the tax rolls are sometimes the best data available. I like to have the ability at any time to pick any house in the US and get an idea of the current value. There are reports that show the value over the last few years so you can identify trends easily. Pros: o up-to-date home price data o map based view that is easy to navigate o filtering for different types of properties o reports for trending, neighborhoods, etc Cons: o can be slow to draw on a slow network Overall - Highly recommended. Wonderful one-stop data on real estate in the US.
