I found this pillow to have the right firmness for me. I've tried other pillows before but most were too firm. This is just right for my purposes. Another thing I really appreciate is the quality of the cover. Very soft, making it an extremely comfortable pillow. I am a side sleeper and it worked perfectly for me, supported my neck just right with its shape. It even has crevices that allow your arms to go under for comfortable sleep. I'll probably be ordering one for my wife.
