I discovered this stuff about 5 years ago and , along with elderberry syrup and Quick Defense and chlorella , I never get sick anymore . This pack of 30 doses is the best price I've found anywhere . It pays to buy in bulk . I take 2 doses under my tongue (let dissolve , don't chew it , and don't brush your teeth too soon afterwards ) and I take those about every 4-6 hours when I'm starting to feel like a sinus or flu issue is coming on . Great stuff !!!
