I first bought this item back in September 2015 and the jar is almost empty now so I bought it again last week, because I've been extremely happy with the results since I've been using this product. I noticed my pores were tightened and my face is soft to the touch and it has never felt this soft prior to using this Dead Sea mud mask. As mentioned earlier, I reordered because I've been extremely happy with the result of this product. I was excited to receive my replenishment but the first thing I noticed, although the volume/weight content remains the same, the size of the jar I received recently is smaller than the first one I had. When I opened the new jar, I noticed immediately the nicer scent it has since my first jar doesn't smell as good (it's unscented I think) and I am happy with that change. However, when I looked closer at the "mud", it looks darker (gray) in color and not as creamier (if I may use the term), it looks kind of dry so I tested it immediately when I took my shower the day I received the product. I didn't notice any change of color after 5 minutes of leaving it on my face and it doesn't seem to dry at all, unlike the first jar I have, which dries and the color changes to lighter gray once it dries on my face. I'm not sure if it's a good change or not. And when I rinsed it off, I don't think my face feels as smooth as when I use the mud on my first purchase. I checked the list of the ingredients on both jars and they are all the same so I don't know what change(s) was(were) done to the product; but I do know I don't like whatever was changed to it. I like the first jar I have and I'm not sure if I'll continue using the new one I got because I'm not as happy with the result on my first use of it.
