So, I go out and buy a really expensive Herman Miller Aeron chair and find the seat is way to hard for long periods of time. Bought this cushion and problem solved. Not only is it perfect for this application, I no longer slide down the chair or have my legs circulation cutoff. The bottom of the cushion has a dimpled surface that stays in place. Great purchase and use on this chair. By the way, I put the cushion in backwards, it seems to fit the contour of the chair perfectly.
