I've always like this brand, it is a well known brand in Asia. All thought the price is not cheap but it is worth every penny. I love everything about this griddle. The large size just what I need to make lots of pancake at once, I made ottmenet with this and I also grilled ribs on this and everything works great! It is very easy to clean, I just wipe clean with a dame paper towel, that's all. Very even heat though out the grilldle. Love the look, the design. It even came with a spatula and a cover. Because of the depth of the grillde, I could make a lot of pot stickes in it at once. Chinese egg pan cake, grill shimps see food and much more! I took some pictures when using it. Hope it will help! This is a good buy.
