If you like romance that's sexy and not from 1897...
... than this is a book for you. Emphasis on it being a "contemporary romance". You know, like in the 2000s not the Dark Ages. If you're an old biddy who gets offended by language & realistic intimacy, miss this and go back to your Little House on the Prairie. And maybe don't write a review that has nothing to do with the excellent book and everything to do with your elderly, basic as vanilla sensibilities.
I loved this juicy little friends-to-lovers and I am always excited to read a romance book penned by a Black female author. A sexy summer beach read!
