I bought these months ago and didn't use them until now. I've been diagnosed with reactive lymph nodes, a benign yet annoying condition. Within hours my sinus congestion cleared and my inflammation from my axillary lymph node started to go down. By the next day, the dull pain in my neck and fluid retention was greatly reduced. It is 1 week later and my inflammation and fluid retention is no more! I will be taking these religiously from now on! I take 2 in the morning and 1 at night.
