The first time I took one of these pills I knew what to expect. I'd had theanine before as an addative in Neuro beverages. I couldn't have expected how chill the pill would make me. It calmed me down from an anxiety attack more than once, and did the same for my girlfriend. When mixed with the right amount of caffiene it also keeps the jitters and anxiety away. 10/10
