This is a super doorbell. I use it indoors in an apartment building. The signal to the bell carries well, and the tone volume can be easily adjusted. I like it a lot. The only minor criticism I have is of the 'Melodies.' Personally, I prefer simple or humorous tones, rather than hokey tunes. Suite yourself.
