Aqueon is a wonderful company.
I don't usually write reviews for products however I had to for this product. After 3 years with this heater it stopped working. I contacted Aqueon customer service and they sent me a replacement free of charge I didnt even have to pay for shipping. This is what I call a company that stands by its products. I would highly recommend any Aqueon products with this type of customer service. I would give the product and service 5 stars plus!!!
