Great phone if you don't mind running lean
First off, the good points: The phone is FAST. Smooth. About the most responsive Android phone I've had yet from Tracfone. Apps fly open, the 4G connects quickly and webpages load rapidly and smoothly. As phones of this type go, it's a joy to use. Connecting it to my computer to offload files is a breeze - nothing to set, just plug in the cable and your computer sees it easily - you can copy/move stuff off with no trouble. Charges rapidly enough and holds a charge for a few days if not used, at least one day with light to moderate usage. Even uses the same charger as my last LTE smartphone from Tracfone. WiFi connection is smooth and trouble-free.
The bad thing is that the 8 gb of internal storage - while actually the same as my last phone - holds far less. I am assuming that the Lollipop operating system takes up more space than the KitKat version, because I was only able to install half the apps that I had on my previous phone (an LG Ultimate 2) and if it weren't for the ability to move apps to the SD card, I wouldn't have even the apps I have now on it. As it is, I've had to delete several apps just to make room for the others to receive updates from the Google play store. So you're forced to run this phone lean.
The thing is, though, its quad-core processor simply makes this phone feel wonderful - I almost don't mind not having the Nook app. I have that on my tablet, so at least I can still access my books.
