I like using this but it gets really HOT. I wore thin gloves and got a little burn on the top of my hand. Be sure you wear gloves and closed toed shoes when you use this. Also remember to 'pause' or unplug when you're not using it. Otherwise, it will continue to spurt out steam! If you tilt it too much, water will spill out. I've been using it to clean handles, doors, floors, countertop, stainless steel oven, etc. It is very useful though I haven't gotten a chance to use the other attachments yet.
