I saw the Helen Mirren ad and ordered this immediately. I'm over 60, have pale English skin, and tend to look washed out with no makeup enhancement. I was so pleased that this actually did brighten my skin, even without adding foundation. In fact, a couple of times I've looked so finished that I've forgotten to add my usual foundation before going to work. I'm not sure if this would be as perfect for those with darker skin, but all you pale ladies out there will love the natural, understated effect.
