designed with phones in mind but can use on elliptical or treadmill with kindle fire
This is the first free app of the day I have seen that would be worth buying. First off this app works fine for me. What it does is it times what you should be doing for a workout starting with a 30 minute workout where it has you walk for 5 minutes as a warm up then it sounds to let you know to jog for 1 minute then walk 90 seconds... And keeps alternating with a goal of building up your endurance by changing your pace so that you get in better shape. If you are dead set on using this with the kindle you can use it by putting it somewhere stable while you use a treadmill or elliptical I would even suggest stationary bikes. It does include an in app music player that allows you to play music you have on your kindle as you workout. Pros: Simple but effective workout. Great design of the program Has a music player to run with it. (for me this is essential for working out) Has a simple yet pleasing interface. Progressive workout that gets harder week by week. Cons: Its hard to go running with a kindle. They are a bit to big. But you can put it on a elliptical or treadmill as you work out at the gym. If you are wanting to get in shape like I am through cardio this would be a great app to grab as it is pure genius in its simplicity. I will update with my results after 8 weeks of using this app at the gym. *update* 4/27 after a week of using this app on my tablet and Nexercise on my phone. I have lost 2 pounds. (I am at 248)
