I really really like this lunch box! Definitely one of my favorite lunch boxes and will be buying more. I like how there are three deep containers and three shallower ones. You can take out one deep and one shallow to make two tier lunch box. You can do one tier also. I commute three hours to and from work, so a total of 6 hours of my day just commuting by train. It's nice to pack three meals as shown in my pictures, including one snack of chocolate covered almonds. I really like how there are pockets on the side for extra utensils as shown in the pics. If you want to pack your utensils in the bag that comes with it then you can hang it through the arm strap as shown in the pics. The arm strap is adjustable. The bag has insulated walls that are will sewed. You can also just put the lunch box in your backpack instead of the bag too, because it is sealed tight. Each containers are sealed by twisting. All three deep containers have the rubber that made them leak proof. This item is very well made and thought of. I hope this review will help you.
