I love this product! I saw a lot of reviews and they mentioned that it made your hair stiff and sticky and I knew that they probably weren't using it right because what you do if you want to color your whole head and have your hair be soft and brushable is this: take out a little a time and run through hair (use gloves) and then blow dry and brush at the same time until your hair is dry and soft without tangles
