Used this for the first time today and WOW what a difference it makes. I use it to shave my head and it gets nice and close. I was just using a small clipper before without any guard on it, and it worked good, but just took a little while and was always a little "rough" on my scalp. This shaver not only did the job in a fraction of the time, but results were so much closer. The results are awesome. I don't know why I waited so long to try something like this. The price point was one of the main reasons for trying it (not a huge investment) and the 7 heads versus 5 or less from other models. The unit looks very nice, but does feel a little cheap (it is all plastic). It fits nicely in my hands and maneuvers real well over the scalp. Nice and quiet compared to what I was using before. Based on my first time use I would definitely purchase this again. Will update this if anything changes, but for now very pleased with the purchase. **UPDATE 7-5-22** Still loving this shaver. The only issue I am having at the moment is the heads have become "squeaky" when running, making it a little noisier. It is still cutting fine, but would like to get the heads replaced to get rid of the "squeaky" noise. I am going to contact the company to see about a replacement. New heads are around $25, but after only 4 months I am hoping they will replace free of charge. Otherwise, no issues. Hold a charge really good, nice close shave, cleaning is a breeze. No issue with center head staying in (Like others have stated. There is a specific way it needs to be seated to stay in place and that may be other peoples issue). I would still definitely purchase this again. **UPDATE 7-13-22: Contacted customer service about the noisy head on 7-5-22 and received it today. Noise taken care of. Great customer service. Fast, courteous and great communications.** UPDATE 2-3-23: The shaver / razor quit working this morning. It is fully charged and just stopped and will not turn back on. I have contacted the seller to see what can be done. UPDATE 2-7-23: The customer service of this seller is TOP NOTCH!!!! After contacting them about the shaver not working, they responded immediately and offered to send a new one. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this seller. This is how customer service is supposed to work. Fantastic communication (and the shaver is AWESOME too, even with a couple of issues). Would definitely purchase again.
