My first time using this. I would give 5 star if I don't have to figure many things out myself. See the Cons. Pros: 1. worked, it dyes my hair black 2. hair is soft and shinny after the dye, not dry up like henna (see the before/after picture) Cons: 1. first step of instruction not clear. On the product picture it was "wet your hair", on my package it was "make sure hair is dry" The correct way is wet your hair thoroughly and towel dry so it will not drip but moist. Then apply the dye. 2. advertised as 5 minute dye, but tiny print instruction said add 15 to 20 minute depend on your hair, I have very thick hair so I did total of 25 min. 3. the plastic gloves provided in the package is very thin and cheap and broke on me so dye got on my hand, I rinse hands with soap immediately and got the dye off 4. suggestion: use your own disposable gloves prefer the ones doctors use, and prepare 2 pairs, one pair for putting the dye on then throw away, the other pair for initial rinsing
