This was a really disappointing product. Immediately after I put it together - when I first started using it - it makes an obnoxious "squeak" noise with every single rotation. The product is advertised as quiet, and I bought this for work assuming this was true. But there's no way I can use it in an office environment when it squeaks so loudly and so constantly. EDIT: I've changed the rating to 5 stars, because the manufacturers reached out to me and told me this was a defective unit. They've sent another one at no charge, which is great customer service.
