Before and after photos attached to show how well this grass seed has worked for us. We have had a lot of success with this grass seed in southeastern PA. Our yards are both somewhat shady, but with diligent watering this seed has produced really good results and is turning around our lawn nicely. Pros: -Produces very lush grass with the right watering and soil preparation. Cons: -Tricky to evenly spread without the help of a separate seed spreader, an additional purchase that is almost required.
