OK so not every thing is free, but you don't have to pay to play and even if you don't pay it is still fun! You can mostly do whatever you want😍😜😀😸🙌 its fun fun fun for all ages! And i like the music XD. Lots of caretors too! Its fumn to dress them up feed them shop with them give them pets and more!!! All the other Toca apps cost money but this one is free and great! So get it, play it, and love it.😀 have fun playing because now i have to go and play the game some more i can't get away from it 😁
