Best shower massage, tried about 6 different ones. Got 2, wife loves hers too. Remember, if your water pressure is low none of these things will magically provide a blasting strong shower. This one works fine without removing the pressure reducer inside. We DO have high water pressure though, but even so I used to always remove the reducers though anyway. If you shower when everyone else in the entire neighborhood is also, you will have greatly reduced pressure at those times of day also, maybe adjust the time you shower if possible as one solution. The other thing about ALL shower massage sets.... the hose is absolutely terrible, it is super cheap and made to only look like steel wrapped. It actually even stinks strongly of plastic chemicals, so strong I could not use it because the whole house smelled like that. It also NEVER EVER straightens out and hangs correctly. I did NOT ding this review much for that because I like the shower head (5 stars), however just buy one of the inexpensive actual steel wrapped replacement hoses available separately on Amazon and it works like it should. Shame on Water Pik for cheaping out and not including a quality steel wrapped hose to begin with.
