I have a 7 year old long haired rescued chihuahua and he had started doing this odd thing of eating poop (other doggies, his, didn't matter). After some research and some further look into his medical history (long history), turned out he needed some vitamins. Now this dog is greedy, VERY VERY (will beg for your food with his food in his mouth type) greedy but he is also EXTREMELY picky. I was worried he wouldn't eat the vitamin. I let him sniff it first, after sniffing he sat (meaning he thought they were treats). He loves him and he hasn't eaten a bit of poop since, rolled in it yes but not eating it. He's more energetic, a shine to his coat, overall health improvement. Thank God for these vitamins and thank god he likes them.
