This is a great supplement. There is a seal over and under the cap, which is nice. It really helps with concentration and focus. This is also a pretty good value. There is a sketchy smell to the capsules, which isn't really an issue considering i'm not going to be sniffing them. The instructions are clear and son't leave anything out. Overall, this is a great choice of you want a lions mane supplement.
