I read reviews for this case like I do prior to all purchases. There will always be someone unhappy with a product. When I noticed that the company owner responded to the unhappy customers my interest was piqued. If the company doesn’t support its product, who will? That being said, we needed a case for the new 8th generation iPad. It’s fairly heavy and we wanted something that could brace it during Zooming, and be comfortable when perusing news or social media sites. The option of several positions was enticing. The design allows the curved back’s frame to sit in several depressions so the landscaped iPad can be viewed from an almost flat position to nearly vertical. Magnets keep the frame in place. Some people claimed the magnets are not strong but I disagree. The magnetic stand sticks to the back of the case until the user pulls it away to prop up the case. The magnets are quite strong and need a bit of force to be disengaged from the rear of the case. All holes lined up perfectly for the iPad functions, and the cover protects the screen when not in use. There is a soft material inside the cover for extra protection of the glass and a rear pocket for the iPad “pencil.” While we have only had this case a week, I am very impressed with its integrity. We got it in black. I might just get one in another fun color for our other iPad!
