I ordered this comforter last november and immediately noticed feathers dropping on the floor. I ignored it because the comforter is vert soft and warm and liked it so much. The feathers did not stop leaking and i was forced to buy a hand held vacuum to clean the floors everyday. Finally i was so fed up i decided to look at other sellers and just throw this one away. To make sure i would not buy the same one, i looked at my order history and right there decided to write a negative one star review. Right after i posted the review i received an email from Sam seller at egyptian cotton factory. He told me that what i got must be a factory defect, offered to refund my money or send me a replacement. I replied and asked for a new comforter that would not leak. I receved the new one last week and just as Sam said, the new one has not dropped/leaked a single feather. What i got the first time probably did not have a filter lining inside that would stop leaks. I am so happy with the new comforter and now i am changing my rating to five stars. But what was more important to me is the way that Sam the seller took it upon himself to correct the problem in order to make his customer satisfied with purchasing from him. I highly recommend that if anyone would encounter any kind of problem to work with this seller because he is so good and honest and very upfront. Thank you Sam.
