I purchase this as I lift alot of heavy items and have lower back pain. I bought this brand because this brand is well known and has copper built into it. Belt itself is very light and easy to out on. Especially with the velco straps. It helped my back within just a couple of days. I do get a bit sweaty in high heat, so I sometimes wear eat above my clothing instead of on my skin directly. This also avoids heat rashes, rubbing, etc. Overall, its lightweight and simple to wear.
