I use this product because I wear glasses for seeing distance. I also work on a laptop for eight hours a day. I bought this product with the hopes of reducing my constant eye fatigue. I have noticed that my eyes feel less strain and tired. I also have noticed an I provement when I wear my contacts. My eyes seem less dry and less irritated. I love this product and have become accustomed to its' benefits.
